scouser 4
I got given a copy of the first Jamiroquai album last night. It's RUBBISH. I don't mind some of his songs, but this is just rubbish. I will not listen to it again, oh no.
soubriquet 0
I'm listening to last week's Root n all on TripleJ. Ashe just played "Only 19" by Redgum. That song guts me every time I hear it.
snowbender 3
Music Air Networks channel on Sky is putting lots of Later With Jools Holland on at the moment - some great stuff on there, good program.
daver 0
"Small Sins" by The Small Sins, formally know as Ladies and Gentlemen. Beautiful Indie/Electric Pop. like postal service but a little more organic and bright.
Oyuki kigan 0
A Japanese group called "Soul Flower Union", that put out a couple of albums of old political/workers/korean/ainu ethnic songs set to an older style of music called "Ching-dong". It is fukking rad. The little spine sleeve lists the music as "Ching-dong punk rock". If anyone is interested, the album's title is called "Leveller's Ching Dong Mononoke Summit" And The Sainte Catherine's new album. Not bad, but fairly average Fat Wreck Chords type stuff. minus 1
Remix cd that comes with the new Moby live dvd my friend has, like it. Thanks for that link about downloading right now
bobby12 0
I hate The Cure they are so rubbish. Robert Smith has been a frontman for about 60 years and he still has no charisma or confidence.
giggsy 0
The Cure are (generally) really good, some class albums. I listen to the music, not bother about the charisma of the singer (though I think Robert Smith does the job just fine) Robbie Williams has lots of charisma and confidence, and look how shite he is. veronica 2
I like some of the Cure, though I think they are inconsistent. Disintegration was a great album.
mayhem22 0
greenlaw ave. is one of my favourite bands but are not very well known (yet). if you like soulful, stirring music you should listen to the mp3s on their website... http://greenlawave.com

xxx 2
The single even has California in the name. I like the new Chillis.
Ezorisu 0
Supposedly the new RHCP "Dani California" has already been tapped by Warner Japan to be a theme song for the in-production action/horror film "Death Note", based on the manga of the same name.
Kumapix 0
just listening to the new TOOL album. awesome! It's so cool to crank it and feel the heavy bass don't like the new chili peppers song though

guzzlers-baps 0
I raided a friends CD collection the other day and there were some Bryan Ferry / Roxy Music cds in there. I realised I really like some of the laid stuff he's done.

Speaking of Eno, i just got the re mastered "The Name Of This Band Is Talking Heads" Does not have much in common with the old LP, but it is a great album. The 2. cd is from the Remain In Light Tour and features Adrian Belew on guitar... soubriquet 0
Roxy Music marked the end of a great era, starting in the fifties for me. Then there was the 70's disco desert before things started getting intersting around 1980. Great band and Bryan Ferry was a classy front man. I still regularly listen to their first two LP's.
