1 4
Not sure if I was expecting more, but the new Oasis CD is utter trash. Happily I didn't buy it, got it from a friend. What happened to them after their first 2?
bong 0
Funny how people still seem to expect with Oasis. Why is that? Their first 2 were pretty decent but they've had about 4 or 5 since then that have all been pretty average at best. Most other bands would have been completely written off by now... ShinyDiscoBall 2
And those first two were in themselves, over-rated.

giggsy 0
Been listening to The Tears CD this last week. It's Butler and Anderson from Suede, so you might know what to expect. Not too impressed actually, it's a bit tiring. Coldplay one is too. Feel like you need a rest after it. I like some of the Gorillaz one that sounds fresh.
concrete-bagel 0
The new Audioslave one is really good.
Ocean11 0
I'm listening to Shaman by Santana, and for the most part it's dross. But I'm well taken with the Michelle Branch track "The Game of Love". Has anybody listened to her other stuff, and does she hold up without Santana's rather incomparable backing?
bong 0
A friend has given me a few Bjork CDs. This is one seriously screwed up chick! I can'd decide if I hate it or love it, it is definitely different with some very weird noises going on. (I thought (maybe wrong) that Michelle Branch was in that Avril Lavigne kinda group of young singersongwriters, same kind of sound.)
veronica 2
I have to be in the right mood for Bjork - love some of her stuff but really put off by others. Less keen on here most recent one.
meat 0
Anyone heard the new Foo Fighters? Supposed to be 2 cds - one loud, one quiet - and seems to be getting mixed and average reviews.
Error404 0
Another question... has anyone ever heard any Lacuna Coil. I really like their new one - very goth rocky.
minus 1
New foo fighters - like the loud one think the quieter one lets it down. They should stick to what they are best at.
Wayne H 0
FF is good, I prefer the rock sound as well but there's good songs on the second one too.
dale#1 1
Queens of the Stone Age and Foo Fighters (great stuff) are on my player at the moment.
its-a-clock 0
Giving some Ash a listen to at the moment. My g/f is after the new Backstreet Boys CD, which is distressing. (She is not a teen by the way)
amandanism 0
the backstreet boys were making a tv appearance at a studio next to my work yesterday. the lineup around the block was mainly screaming fully grown women in their mid 20's. no young people at all!
KlingKlang 1
the new 2cd live Kraftwerk, Minimum Maximum. Looking forward to the live DVD as well to see all their wild on-stage moves and antics.
69 5
I've been listening to a lot of REM recently. I never gave the recent ones much of a listen but have been this last week. The last tracks on Up are very melancholy, Diminished, At My Most Beautiful are great songs. (Thanks veronica for pointing out them being undervaled)
big-will 7
Ive been listening to the new Coldplay this last week or so and I really like it. Worst part are Martins lyrics...
Ocean11 0
Against my better instincts, I borrowed the Best of the Corrs from the local media megastore. All I can say is Corr, I haven't heard musical diarrhea quite like it in several years! It made me want to put tampons in my ears. They all seem to be one family too. A small genocidal episode is perhaps called for here.
Siren 0
I didn't know you can 'rent' CD.
