veronica 2
I like them. I used to like Michael J Fox (even though he is just 100cm tall ). If you just watch 2 without seeing 1, it will be confusing!
fukdane 2
Saw Pirates II last night. Entertaining, but more of the same - and too long..
gerard 6
School of Rock... Jack Black at his best. He's a washed up 30-something Rocker who poses as a substitute teacher at a private school. Very well casted. Cheesy? Sure. But a great movie!
Curt 1
I watched School of Rock on the plane last year. Mildly amusing, very cheesy ending for sure. Not sure if I like him or not, he was a bit annoying in Kong.
window-cleaner 0
This Is Spinal Tap. for maybe the 10th time. Still class.
BagOfCrisps 24
Are you in a rock band on tour? Superman Returns last night and actually quite enjoyed it. The new bloke does a good job and Kevin Spacey makes a perfect Luthor. Whatever.
Zaoman 0
Heat. Great movie.
DumbStick 13
It is - and the special edition dvd is great too, lots of good extras for a change. I see they are going to release an extended version of King Kong. Here's me thinking the original was too long in the first place. I watched Jaws last week. Still a great movie. slimeypete 0
I saw the recent remake of The Fog. It was totally crap. I liked the original one though. If you like Carpenter movies, make sure you listen to his commentaries, definitely worth it.
nzlegend 1
Pirates 2 was crap, lets throw million$$ at a movie, lots of thrills, non stop action and cgi with but with weak and meandering story line. Jerry McBruckheimer churns out more McDonalds movie action. If this movie was a car it would be the one designed by Homer Simpson loaded with everything but in the end quite ridiculous. p.s. Orlando Bloom is a shockingly bad actor
daver 0
but that car isn't crap. i mean, every time you honk the horn it plays the kookaracha!
lin 0
I watched Cars last night. It was ok but definitely not as good as the other excellent Pixar films.
dale#1 1
More than a little one-sided, but Wal Mart - The High Cost of Low Price was an interesting watch.
HighlyTrainedNovaTeacher 2
Enjoyed Superman Returns a bit of nostalgia there. A Scanner Darkly looks good, I want to see that one.

cal 6
My friend saw Snakes on a Plane yesterday. He even told me the story, a bit of a bummer I wanted to go in not knowing anything about it.

r45 4
Cars, the new Pixar one. Actually slightly disappointing I think it's their least successful one so far.
