HelperElfMissy 42
I think you will find the bear is no longer in Perth.... Bears tend to migrate to where it is puking down snow. And right now, that would be THREDBO.

HelperElfMissy 42
Ha ha! Snowjunky. I only have my phone with me, so just taken a couple of happy snaps. Too busy 'doing' Got a few powder runs in before my course/event started, then spent the rest of Saturday in the terrain park. Had a very enjoyable and successful day - pretty stoked with that progression! Going through the park has always seemed so intimidating. NOT ANY MORE Today was a bluebird day, still plenty of soft fresh in pockets, but groomers were firm and fast. Outstanding!!

BagOfCrisps 24
Comedian Stewart Francis has won an award for the funniest joke of the Edinburgh Fringe. The deadpan Canadian funnyman was given the prize by digital TV channel Dave, whose panel put a selection of their favourites to a public vote. He won for the joke: "You know who really gives kids a bad name? Posh and Becks." The British King of the one-liner, Tim Vine, took the runner-up spot for the second year in a row. Vine, who won the award two years ago, appears twice in the list of 10 jokes compiled by the TV channel, as does Francis. The top jokes were: 1. Stewart Francis - "You know who really gives kids a bad name? Posh and Becks." 2. Tim Vine - "Last night me and my girlfriend watched three DVDs back to back. Luckily I was the one facing the telly. " 3. Will Marsh - "I was raised as an only child, which really annoyed my sister." 4. Rob Beckett - "You know you're working class when your TV is bigger than your book case." 5. Chris Turner - "I'm good friends with 25 letters of the alphabet… I don't know Y." 6. Tim Vine - "I took part in the sun tanning Olympics - I just got Bronze." 7. George Ryegold - "Pornography is often frowned upon, but that's only because I'm concentrating." 8. Stewart Francis - "I saw a documentary on how ships are kept together. Riveting!" 9. Lou Sanders - "I waited an hour for my starter so I complained: 'It's not rocket salad." 10. Nish Kumar - "My mum's so pessimistic, that if there was an Olympics for pessimism… she wouldn't fancy her chances."

Investigators have recovered the camera and looked at the photographs, which show the bear grazing and not acting aggressively before the Friday attack, Denali park superintendent Paul Anderson said. hellyer 216
A similar but different thing hapened with the rare but elusive purple-legged Mama Bear. The photograper that snapped here has not been heard from since. Even more curiously it has had a dramatic effect on the MB causing her to discard her traditional security blanket plank and replace it with 2 smaller ones. Let's hope it is only temporary, if only for the safety of the rest of her tribe on the mountain

grungy-gonads 54
Prince Harry may have thought the worst of the Vegas ordeal was behind him as he tries to distance himself back in the UK from his partying antics. But one lone source has claimed the nude strip billiards picture of the Prince is nothing compared with the rest of the story. A single quote from an anonymous source, used by celebrity blogger Norm Clark on his Las Vegas gossip page, says: 'Something pretty gigantic' is involved; something more serious than 'strip billiards'. I hope it's not a gigantic cock!

OBLONG 0
An Indian company has launched what it claims is the country's first vagina tightening cream, saying it will make women feel "like a virgin" again. The company says it is about empowering women, but critics say it is doing the opposite. The BBC's Rajini Vaidyanathan in Mumbai reports. It is certainly a bold claim. As the music starts playing on the advertisement for the 18 Again cream, a sari-clad woman is singing and dancing. It is an unusual take on Bollywood. "I feel like a virgin," she croons, although the advert makes it clear she is not. Her shocked in-laws look on, before her husband joins her for some salsa-style dancing. "Feels like the very first time," she continues, as she is twirled around. Cut away to her mother-in-law who begins by responding with a disgusted look on her face, but by the end of the advert even she has been won over, and is seen buying the product online. brit-gob 9
Off with his balls! Jealous woman slices boyfriend's penis off after discovering he cheated Furious girlfriend then flushes the offending body part down the toilet to make sure it cannot be sewn back on. A fuming girlfriend hacked off her partner's penis with a kitchen knife after she discovered his cheating ways. Huaman Julia Muñoz hatched a plan to end the philandering of Ramon Arias Apayco, 46, in the most gruesome way possible after becoming enraged by his act of betrayal, The New Age website reported. The 41-year-old allegedly decided to carry out the savage retribution as her boyfriend slept at a hostel in Brena, Peru. After grabbing a knife from the kitchen, Muñoz sliced off the offending body part and flushed it down the toilet so it couldn't be sewn back on. She then tried to flee the bloody scene of the crime but was stopped by staff at the hostel.
