pie-eater 207
OK I think I know the answer to that big-will. It depends on the title. But it seems lots of games that were on 360 and ported over to PS3 have been better on 360. Ones originally meant for PS3 have been almost the same. And as times goes on, PS3 should be looking better. So I have been led to believe.

BagOfCrisps 24
I was looking at some of those games last night. 49.99 some of them are. That's just shocking. It must be rather expensive being a parent these days! That's like well over 10,000 yen in Japan terms. Bet you don't pay that much for new games!!?
midnightcharger2 0
If anyone needs advice on a console to choose, I am a console junkie since electronics are my hobby. I would say that the wii and 360 are clear winners in choice for game console picks for reasons I cant explain on the fourms.
klingon 10
New games here are usually around 5000 - 7000 yen.
kkk 7
And used ones are anywhere between 2000 and 5000 depending on what it is.

klingon 10
I remember quite a few posts from Mr Ryan. They were also seemingly confused and not easily understood!
BagOfCrisps 24
The word "NUTTER" comes to mind. (When talking about the PS3 of course. And nuts). Quote: New games here are usually around 5000 - 7000 yen. So around 20-30 pounds then.
klingon 10
The Will Ware thing gets launched today... like the wii version of xbox live arcade, downloadable small games. Will be interesting to see what gets developed for that.
KlingKlang 1
Are they going to release some sort of hdd for the wii? There's hardly any memory in the machine, you've got to think it is a mistake to have so little when they are now starting this as well as the virtual console.
Kumapix 0
i got all excited after seeing a commercial for that wii game deca...but then I read reviews which said it was boring
big-will 7
Which game was that Kumapix, the Wii Fit one?
Kumapix 0
don't think it's for the wii fit. it has archery, curling, beach volleyball, cartracing and some other sports. family ski seems fun for the wiifit though.
klingon 10
It does though as you might expect with Nintendo, a bit cartoony/childish.
klingon 10
Did you get the Wii (machine) kumapix?
klingon 10
Mario Kart Wii out day after tomorrow. Exciting isn't it.
2pints-mate 0
Have you seen the little platic wheel thing they're bundling with that? Always been a fun game though that, well the series.
SKI 15
A disembodied wheel sounds very strange
midnightcharger2 0
The wii and 360 have been hacked in the past. The ps3 has not. So essentially you could play copied games on the wii and 360 for the price of a dvd-r (for the wii) or a dvd-r Dual layer (for the 360), but not the ps3 as it has a blue ray player in it and even if it could play backed-up games, it would cost a fortune for the blue ray burner and discs. I work on wii`s and the 360 along with other consoles. The wii is good for family fun, but more serious gamers would choose the 360 for the amount of titles available and graphics power. charlotte 0
My friend has got the Will Kart game, we played it last night. It was a lot of fun. I find people who play games all the time though a bit scary. One of my colleagues has a kid and she says that he would basically play games all day if she let him.
JellyBelly 1
Played it yesterday. Quite good actually, works well that wheel. Problem is the graphics are just no looking so old compared to 360/PS3.
klingon 10
I think it is really poor. It doesn't look much different from the last version. Nintendo are being lazy.
Kumapix 0
I'm still waiting for them to make better sports games for the wii.
poach-ninja 0
Get a PS3 or 360 - some great sports games on them and they look 100 times better
