Perhaps unless you have experienced both? I have never had a migraine but my sister used to have them. They completely knocked her out for 3-4 days, like nagpants said she seemed to be in agony even in a quite totally dark room. She also used to get real annoyed at people thinking they were just "bad headaches", as do most migraine sufferers I'm sure. What's migraine in Japanese by the way?

I usually go out with 4 friends, and we're all pretty much differing levels. We usually just meet up for lunch and later on in the day, I actually often enjoy being on my own.

Got a week in Hakuba booked, and planning some time in Hokkaido, will hopefully get in a handful of weekends in as well as that.

I get through a book a month on average, time is a problem. I usually read in bed before sleeping as well and recently I've been really knackered and only lasted 20 minutes or so.
