klingon 10
It was unspectacular but did the job. As you said expensive at first but I think it's surely cheaper now.

Jynxx 4
Got ripped off by a internet shop here in Germany. 250 euros for a Wii bundle. really pissed off ... I thought things like this doesn't happen here and there's bugger all when it comes to consumer protection. I feel stupid

RobBright 35
Mirror's edge completed yesterday - a good idea but simply a bit boring after the 4th level. Buy it on the cheap but not at full price.
69 5
What usually happens when you finish a game? Not sure I ever have
RobBright 35
You get an ending sequenece - or nowadays what is now known as an open ended ending to allow them to milk the franchise for all it's worth.
pie-eater 207
I remember once I completed a game, cant remember what it was and I got a CREDITS list!! I was more than a bit
thursday 1
Finishing a game is a bit of a relief. Don't have to spend countless hours craving to get it done. But then, you kinda miss it afterwards.
grungy-gonads 54
Anyone use guides or walkthroughs. I have once or twice in an effort to get past some frustratingly difficult bits.
ProbablyaCrazyPerson 2
Read that games are soon to be more expensive. I think Activision is going to be releasing a game in the UK for 55 pounds, with a usual price of 40 pounds (?) for a major release. It mentioned a $30m bill for developing big PS3/Xbox games. Sounds like a big generalisation of course, but whatever not cheap.
BagOfCrisps 24
Budgets for games now are just way mad. But I would be interested to hear how much they are for the Wii.
RobBright 35
Only one game so far PCP - Modern Warfare 2 - as Activision know they can charge that much, but thank god its only a MRP - other gaming sites, such as play asia, have the game for much cheaper than that suggested price. klingon 10
I think a fair few wii games are chucked out after a relatively very low budget. Will be interesting to see what Nintendos next move is after the Wii.

Gone are the days of backward compatibility - it doesn't conform to their business plan (sell more units). The last PS3 units with backward compatibility were the second generation units (pre-August 2008).
thursday 1
Slim version using less electricity. THey did that for the PS2 to milk it as far as they could.
