Dims 0
Don't know about you fine SJ people, but when I am faced with a blank Lime Wire screen and a plethora of songs to download at my fingertips, my mind draws a blank about what songs I should download. I know there are some classic "must have" songs in the deep recesses of my drug-adled brain, just can't remember them. Can any of you suggest some recent downloads that just have to be in your collection. Just a quick list of some of your personal fav songs. Thanks

cal 6
"Anthems" usually annoy me. Queen are the kings of anthems, surely.
Dims 0
Sorry I might have misled you with the title of the topic. When I mean "anthems" I mean songs that you loved (and still love) and symbolise a great time in your life, you know, unforgettable great songs (that I seem to have forgotten ) that stand the test of time, besides queen. Here's a few examples from last nights download session, Cream-The White room Cream-Sunshine of my love Coldplay-Clocks Death in Vegas-Dirt Anthrax-Room for one more Prodigy-Firestarter For me, songs and smells bring back the strongest feeling of memories from the past. It makes you smile

big-will 7
See the Mission there veronica. There was a song by them that used to be very special to me and a girlfriend, I'll have to root it out. It was called Love Me To Death. One of their first songs I think..... Check out the lyrics, I forgot how good and naughty they were: "Let me come inside your ivory tower let me come inside your hallowed walls God, it's heaven in here fix me with your hand of grace fix me with your touch of precious thrill your fingers dance across my skin reaching out for the pride of man We're hand in hand, we're flesh in flesh we're walking through the fire of love and breath by breath, and flame by flame we burn 'til the sun rises and shines hard and love come gushing, love runs free my love comes all over you my love comes for you Love me to death, my flower run barefoot through my hair naked on my lips love me to death, my precious smother me with kisses drown me in your waves of flowing sweetness Hold me dear, and bury me deep bless me with your word of savage honour we love more by fate than design so give me your hand and I'll gladly give you my life my flower, that sways in the breeze you must be stronger than the winds that blow you away blow you away Love me to death, my precious run barefoot through my hair dance wild on my lips love me to death, my flower lay me down on your bed of petals cover me with your honey, my blossom Love me to death love me to death love me to death, my flower love me to death, my treasure run bare foot through my hair dance wild on my heart love me to death, my precious love me to death, my love tarnish, taint and punish me softly softly love me to death love me to death."
