Interesting argument FOR eating it...
BFGs Water Polo coach told me to feed him 2 pig trotters boiled in veggies per day for that very reason - the cartilage and collagen apparently speed bone repair. I struggled with the idea, as did he - so we never went looking for where we could even source them.

There is however a restuarant in the US that serves ONLY pig trotters and is reputed to be the place to go for a meal once a week if you wish to avoid botox yet have the same results....

Maybe thursday is onto something with chook feet the same.
Still....my experience with them wasn't enough to see me rushing back anytime soon.
