My theory is they got their start in Hawaii...tan, the lips thing is sun block, aloha wear??? We laugh at them. They love to hang around the Louis Vuitton's, etc., and pose as Roxy chicks. BTW, there are also guy ganguro's too!! Sorry no pics. They also walk around Waikiki. They are the only dudes w/ brand new surf boards walking around. They drop in on anything...no manners.
