Any of the early ones. The opening and closing credits were the highlight. A hint or glimpse of booby to a 13 yr old boy was ...... WOW.

Tomorrow Never Dies.   I actually liked this one more than I remembered as well though the last bit is meh. And Jonathon Pryce was indeed a rubbish baddie, him playing with that mobile keyboard ann

The recent Bondathon results are in!   And here they are.   Most enjoyable films: You Only Live Twice On Her Majestys Secret Service The Living Daylights Casino Royale   Favorite Bond: Roge

I have been watching a few Bonds recently too.

The amazing sets that Ken Adam came up with along with John Barry's music were such a very important part of forming the Bond success.

I think you are right pie-eater.

Moonraker probably gets a worse rap than it should.

It doesn't set out to be serious. They tried to go more serious next up with For Your Eyes Only. Which was boring.

I agree with that FYEO was just not as entertaining.

That place in Greece looks spectacular though.

Octopussy last night. 'Sit!' and 'Tarzan' aside (cringeworthy), another very entertaining.

GG-ess though was repulsed at JiJi Moore snogging with the chicks. 'Kimochi warui' apparently.

He was getting on.

Up next, OAP Bond A View to a Kill!

Me too.

A View to a Kill. Walken is a good baddy, Moore rather... old.

Some of the stunt bits are hilarious - it's as if they didn't even try bothering hiding that Bond is a stuntman in some scenes.

Next, The Living Daylights

Friend back home saw it yesterday says it is great.

For the next one I want Blofeld back. I believe the legal stuff has gone and they have rights for Blofeld. Patrick Steward to play him. Or perhaps Michael Myers.

;)

I like this description in the FT: Daniel Craig returns in the main role, looking more than ever like a garden gnome who, having overdone it a little in the 1990s, spent the following decade in the gym by way of compensation.

The Living Daylights today.

I really like that movie.

A very good mix I think, really good Bond movie.

Good to see John Barry in there at the end he was so important to the success of Bond.

Next up License To Kill.
