Tubby Beaver 209
This is England what an absolute pile of shite!! Did I miss something or was the acting meant to be that bad? Did Channel 4 make it on a Camcorder? The whole package is awful, don't waste 2 hours of your life watching this, you can never get it back!
JellyBelly 1
I liked that actually.
giggsy 0
I thought This is England was quite good. Do you guys get Torchwood in Japan at all (or even Dr Who)?
Tubby Beaver 209
Jumper Good idea for a movie but ultimately crap. Hayden Christiansen is probably the most wooden actor I have ever seen, how he gets parts is beyond me.
grandmastaal 0
is he worse than ned from neighbours? he is literally a plank of wood!
BillTheBinMan 0
I thought the same Tubby Beaver. Do you actually watch Neighbours al from scotland?
Tubby Beaver 209
I don't know Ned, Al, been away too long! I used to watch Neighbours religiously!!
r45 4
Neighbours used to be almost a religion back at college. People used to congregate in a bar in the students union just to watch "Neibs". That was when it was ace with Kylie, Jason and that geeky-but-wonderfully-sexy-with-glasses-can't-remember-her-name.
HelperElfMissy 42
"Dune" As a big fan of the Dune series of books (Frank Herberts - not his son's efforts)I have always been psyched by the idea of a good Dune movie - but the Movie and the TV movie fall flat. Why do I think the movie is a dud? The basics facts of this scifi is that Dune is a dry planet, water is SCARCE. There are giant worms that inhabit the land and thier excrement gives the Fremen people thier brilliant blue eyes and psychic abilites, and the Bene Jeseret religious thier ability to forsee the future. There are MANY books in sequal to the first, but the movie makes any sequel impossible because at the end of the movie it RAINS!!!! Rain kills the worms. No more 'spice'. No more story. STUPID!! I remember being mighty ticked off watching that movie.
2pints-mate 0
Never Say Never Again I know it's not an "official" Bond movie, but it really is the worst of the Bonds. The music is just so naff it's unreal. Just been on UK telly. It might have finished I gave up.

big-will 7
2pints, Never Say Never Again is truly awful if I remember correctly. That bloke even wanted to remake it again (it's a remake of Thunderball) in the early 2000s.
muikabochi 208
Fatima Blush was ace!
Hokkaidough 4
Daddy Day Camp. I saw it on a plane (honest). Very possibly the worst movie I have ever seen.
giggsy 0
Thunderball was good though. The story behind Thunderball / Never Say Never Again / Warhead 2000 is really interesting if you are into Bond. I think I heard they have taken the book off the shelves now because of (even now) legal problems.
grungy-gonads 54
10.5 I think it is a tv movie, about a 10.5 mag earthquake in the US. It has been on Wowow, watched the first part last night. Total cheese. Bad acting, bad effects, totally predicable. A series of big quakes in California and they predict a 10.5 in the next few days. So they decide to NUKE some faults to do something or other. Mad. I quite enjoyed it! Can't wait for the 2nd part. (They could have done with my warnings and advice called in I reckon),
thursday 1
it says movies to avoid.
@tokyo 14
Naughty gg. Total cheese sounds like a movie for me to avoid, though.
fukdane 2
I watched that (well in the background - my excuse). It was baaaaadddddddd. Very poor. Almost funnily so. DEFINITELY one to avoid.
charlotte 0
Lawnmower Man 2: Beyond Cyberspace Possibly the worst movie ever.
Tubby Beaver 209
yeah, well Lawnmower Man 1 was bad enough that I didn't even give LM II a second glance

its-a-clock 0
The Love Guru. WTF was Michael Myers thinking? Here is the trailer. It has all the "funniest" bits in it. Yes, it really is that bad.
