But very rain-like snow now.

No but I live near some skijo. I can understand in the evening but not at 7am!

Hardly winter again. But we did get some snow today.

It was crap today, though it did start snowing again which was a good thing.

This morning I was woken up AT 7AM by friggin' fireworks going off!! Official ones, not people just messing around. Who oh why did they have to set off a load at 7 in the morning on a Saturday. Can you believe that?

I went a few weekends back and it was busy. Nothing like what it used to be of course (apparently) but still quite a lot of people there. Just a few minutes wait for lifts.

I'm happy for them all to keep going up there. Keeps my local slopes less busy.

Last weekend I took part in a ski class taken by a friend of a friend who is a pro skier. They took vids of us. It was awful I could hardly watch.

Here too, our local place had a pile of them ready to be sold. Nice nice machine.

I got a PSP recently, sweet machine. When all the games come flooding in it will really come into its own.

We have just become part of a city. A strange city made up of a number of towns. So there's no real center at all. Sure don't feel like a city to me.

Weekdays not busy at all, empty. Gets fairly crowded at weekends though, all those mogul bashers gathering. (Nothing compared to 5-10 years ago though apparently)

How was it klingon? It sure was a bit too bumpy (as always) when I was there this last week with a local group. Free ticket, can't say no - you know how it is! Great snow though.

It sure is sanjo, don't know if they're doing it this year. They're just trying to cope with record huge amounts of snow in that area this winter.

I had a really fancy meal once, again someone else paid for it. I wasn't too impressed it was one of these trying so hard places with tiny portions and the like. I went home and had a toasted sandwich
