connackers 0
Robben`s going to become a superhero! Two goals in two games and both pretty good. The one on Wednesday was the best goal i`ve seen in ages
scouser 4
Robben looks like a class player, good buy that one. (It's a pity he plays for Cheruski)
rach 1
My team are going through something I think yours has known in recent times scouser ( ) - NOT BEING ABLE TO SCORE. I can't believe we didnt score AGAIN last night and am now officially angry.
big-will 7
Not being able to score is quite a problem in a scoring score, hey? What you have all those superstars and they can't get a goal between them?
giggsy 0
We were all over City last night. We just couldn't score. It's getting to be officially not funny.
NoFakie 45
It will be if you can't score against Newcastle next week. We're leaking two a game.
BagOfCrisps 24
Manchester City hardly had a stellar defence record before yesterday. They looked solid against United's $100bn strike force though
connackers 0
Looking forward to Newcastle Chelsea, should be a stormer. What websites does everyone use to keep up with the football? The Guardian seems to be a big favourite and i`m quite partial to a bit of www.football365.com and obviously the chelsea site (which is mostly a load of crap to be honest). Another good one i just found is http://www.socceraudio.com/inglaterra.htm which has links to radio coverage of some premiership games.
scouser 4
Agreed with you there, Guardian is my first stop in a morning along with BBC.

muikabochi 208
Unless they do a special, I don't think that will be one... none of the other Mickey Mouse, er sorry, Carling Cup matches have been on this year. Hopefully they'll make an effort and do the right thing. In the meantime, COME ON CHELSEA!!! The League is ours.
scouser 4
Not another Chelsea boy. Welcome (I suppose ) I'm sure they put the cup matches on last year, maybe not. Lets hope they put that on.

connackers 0
That sounded like a good one. And a Baros hat-trick for you! Is he starting to get his act together? Found another good website www.freelivefootball.co.uk (does exactly what it say on the tin) but only if you have a paypal account which i don`t and am having difficulty getting Sounds like there were a lot of good goals also. scouser 4
Yes, things might be looking up. Watched the Chelsea game as well this morning - you guys are looking good, has to be said. Just waiting for the bottle to come. connakers do you get the games on Sky?
connackers 0
Unfortunately not, just listen to them through the CFC site, it shows highlights also. Am tempted by sky but don`t think it`ll be worth it, do you have it?
scouser 4
I sure do!!!!! Couldn't live without it. Well of course I could, but you know what I mean....
connackers 0
Is it pricy? How easy is it to set up? Am very tempted by this freelivefootball thing but need to get a paypal account setup which is difficult to do from here as all my cards are billed to england. Would LOVE to be able to watch regular premiership football.
scouser 4
I pay about 6000 yen a month for the whole setup but thats not just for the footie - that includes tons of other channels (news, musiuc, drama etc). The Premiership pack costs 1500 yen a month and for that you get about 4 games a week (usually Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd + Liverpool or Newcastle or something like that on average). This weeks schedule is here: http://football.skyperfectv.co.jp/schedule/premire/new.html I have Sky Sports as well and theres some Champions Leage and World Cup qualifies and other games on there from time to time as well. Check this out for more: http://www.skyperfectv.co.jp/en/guide/index.html http://www.skyperfectv.co.jp/en/guide/pack/index.html If you didn't want BBC/CNN/news/movies/music as well, you could probably get just the footie for around 2500 yen a month. (Not sure on that, check out the links) Its a long time ago now, but setup was simple - just get the local electric shop you sign up at to set it up. Deffo worth it!
big-will 7
I was in a bar last night and watched most of that Arsenal game. Now if only lots of other games were as exciting as that one.......
