thursday 1
Great movie that. Kirk Douglous and Jean Simmons. For years I thought Jean was Audrey Hepburn. "I'm Spartacus"

HighlyTrainedNovaTeacher 2
Never really got into old b/w movies. I should maybe. Not movies, but watched all of the 24 series recently. Great stuff.
panhead_pete 27
Gutted, got 3/4 way through Memories of a Geisha last night then my el cheapo Bali DVD crapped out Was great until that point.
Thundercat 60
Just went on a bit of a Christopher Nolan kick recently. Really enjoyed Following (which is a black and white flick) and The Majestic. I also watched The Drifter last night... It's a 'surf' movie with Rob Machado. While the acting was terrible (strange considering he was playing himself) and I found it a bit of a pretentious movie the subject matter about a dude trying to escape from himself was somewhat compelling. thursday 1
Wall Street - Money Never Sleeps. A rather pedestrian pace, perhaps purposely so to allow the audience to catch up. Nice to see Gordon Gekko again in all his sleazy glory. Charlie Sheen makes a cool cameo too.

kintaro 0
Social Networking - the story about Facebook. I love true stories like that. I hadn't known the Napster guy, Shawn Fanning got in on that. It says the company is worth around 25 US $Billion today and it's main founder owns about 25%. Sugoi!
