Mantas 3
Indo. I'll be in G land on Friday morning. Actually, Magic Seaweed now says 8 foot on Saturday. Which I guess is about 4-5 foot in real terms.
RobBright 35
Thought about having a jog today. Have come along a long way to be thinking that on a Sunday morning. Next month, I will get dressed to go for a jog.
Tubby Beaver 209
next month'll be too hot n sweaty to go jogging.....best not rush these things Rob, get your thoughts in order first then a couple of months down the line you'll be ready to get dressed....who knows, by Christmas you may even be in the right frame of mind to actually leave the house at more than a walking pace! TheOrange 0
30km on Saturday and 20km yesterday. Feeling good! But, running out of routes getting a bit bored with the neighbourhood area to be honest. I might just have to get the bike in the car from time to time and check out a new area. fukdane 2
After 3+ months stewing, eating too much and drinking too much - I had good excuses - I have decided it is time to sit up straight and start getting back into some sort of shape. I think I will start off with the bike. Easy at first.

TheOrange 0
Shocking situation. These days I'm actually upset when it is raining and I can't go out. Previously I was secretly happy to have the rest!
indosnm 0
at least the rain is warm. That can't be too bad can it?
TheOrange 0
Can't say I'm keen! Especially when it's really banging it down in style. I just don't go out when it's wet. That's all.
TheOrange 0
Well I have lost 5kg so far. Happy. Another 4kg or so and I will be very happy.

TheOrange 0
Will do! Funny some days seem so easy to eat less and get out. Then other days the temptations of food and lazing about are just so much stronger.
muikabochi 208
Same here. Doing well the last week or two though. Did 25km tonight. Last 5km in heavy rain, again. Not nice.

rach 1
I have been going down to a local gym in the last few weeks. Thought I'd get myself in some kind of shape pre-England summer holidays. Didn't enjoy it at first but I have kept going and actually starting to enjoy it. Do a bit of jogging machine as well as some weights and general stuff. I could do without the J-pop music channel though!
