How often do you check your mails?

When I'm online I have it set to 30 minutes. My brother told me last night he only checks his mails once a week! He doesn't get many so I suppose there is no need but that sounds bonkers to me.

lol

At work, I have outlook set to alert me whenever a new message arrives, because they are pertinent to the work I am doing, and I need to know whenever a response arrives.

At home, I have mailwasher check every 10 minutes when I'm online. I can then check and dispense with any crap emails at my leisure. I would sometimes check a couple of times a day (but that is only while I am at home.

We have mailwasher checking every few minutes - get rid of all the rubbish and download when there's anything real there.

I do the same at home, though it's set to 10 minutes.

You're lucky! I sometimes have 150 or so. Most of them, I trash straight away.

I recently changed mine because it was just getting silly the amount of junk coming in. Now some days I go without any and that is good with me.

At work our mS WinXP/Outlook systems are set to check every minute I think, and a popup message appears.

At home when I have outlook running it is set for every 15 mins.

I check my web-based emails (Yahoo, Hotmail) roughly once every 2-3 days.

Mailwasher has just had a pretty big update.

Costs $10, but worth it.

I am really liking the new version, if not for the updated interface.

As I have two main emails (one for pleasure/university criteria) and one for a completely online based business that encircles the idea of email...pretty regularly

I would say maybe every 2 hours or so? However sometimes I leave for days or a week without checking.

Thanks for the tip.
Does look much better.
Might transfer over to that.
