ncorrenti 0
Yeah it is difficult remembering these things, even more so if you're drunk or otherwise inebriated at such events, as some people often are! Veronica, how did your friend manage to keep such a good list?

damian 0
I have not seen many bands and am certainly not a quantity junky. Just see the things I like here and there. Some that are in my mind or are more recent: Radio Birdman - the best wall-to-wall solid sound rock band for its time. So very few people knew who they were/are... but people are learning. I saw them on a reform tour in 1994 or so. They broke up in 1978. If you like rock and you have not heard of them then I feel sorry for you... cause you are missing out. Don't dismiss the little band from Sydney that pretty much defined Detroit motor city rock. The Mars Volta - second best concert I have seen. Reading Festival - saw heaps of bands but you don't really go for the music. I liked Iggy, but have seen him before. Also liked all the other stuff. TISM Powwwers knows them well. Henry Rollins He spat on a girl in the crowd who mocked his spoken word recital. I want to see Cog. I recon they are the best Australian band since Birdman. Quite seriously, buy a Radio Birdman CD

ncorrenti 0
I saw Broken Social Scene last night. They were amazing! I'm not a huge indie rock fan but BSS just blew me away, especially since they sound even better live than on their CDs. If you get the chance to see this band, do so, but remember to take ear plugs - they're like five times louder than any other band (my ears were still ringing when I went to bed).
