I enjoyed Superman Returns, thought it was good fun and it took me back a few years. Recently I saw The Hudsucker Proxy which was very entertaining too.

I do not love really really poor movies. Miami Vice for example. Just garbage.

In the end, did Hakuba village (not just the ken as a whole) benefit from having the Olympics or was it just more cost than worth? A Japanese friend was talking about that last night and he said that basically it was one big minus. I just saw the ad on National Geographic here in Japan. Japanese subtitles and text, the talking was in English. Fanbloodytastic.

Well, I "get" Gervais, loved The Office, liked Extra and was amused by the Podcast. But I think these dvds are not good at all. Very disappointing. There's some laughs for sure, but not nearly enough. And yes, the running time is pretty pathetic as well. Value for money Ricky? Don't think so......

I'm always amazed at my folks. They're in their early 70's and they have the heating really down, I'm almost always feeling cold when I'm there and putting on extra layers. Put a bit of heating on and they're going on about it being hot. Good thing I suppose better than them being frail and cold. I prefer being warm to cold though.
