Sometimes the racist accusation pops up way too esily (generally, not just here). It's as if critisisms are not allowed and always get put into that basket. I often admire how the Japanese go about things. Myself, I'm not interested in 1kyu, 2kyu and the like. I'm just out to have some fun and enjoy myself.

Used to Creek Boy but not for a long time before I came here. I enjoyed it. Not sure if I want to take it up again though. -

For what its worth, my Dell desktop isn't noisy (apart from when you start it up) -
Busy-ness at GW

Is Golden Week often busy at the places that are still open? If I remember, areas that are open are pretty limited, though I suppose there may be more this year because of all the snow. -
I got a few recently saying "Wanna look like a rich guy" and "Be the biggest out of all of your friends". (Does anyone compare themselves in that way to their friends??)

Conditions out there

I'm going up to Hakuba this weekend. Unless the forecast on Friday night is rain of course. -
I have tried both. Repulsive they were. I seem to have this real dislike for "smelly" foods.

That maybe bushpig. But I kinda remember valuing my music more than than now. Buying a cd was a big thing when I was younger and I usually got really into them - there haven't been many albums recently that I know inside-out. Maybe because they aren't as good... hmm, or maybe there is just too much and I can't decide what to listen to. Stick another album on the pod and hardly listen to it. Rationing idea is of course silly though.

I've heard a few Ministry of Sound cds and thought they were rubbish. (How come you bought it by the way?) -
Good movies you've seen recently

Yes. I saw SAW last night. Not sure I would say it was a 'good movie' but it certainly had me wondering until the end. Rather disturbing. A bit too dark for my liking that one. -
Anyone been anywhere that was really busy yet this seaon? I was at Togari Onsen and it was very uncrowded, not many people at all.

I was there last week - not the most exciting of places but we had a decent day there. Very uncrowded as well which is always a good thing. -
Interesting reports. Lots more new incidents it seems on NYE.

Be careful everyone. No going near the coasts now.

Any card players here? I've been learning a bit about poker from some friends. Having fun, though not enough to be interested in wasting my money on it!

Some crash in Cornwall was on the news. 2cm and the UK comes to a standstill right? Schoolkids love it, what a waste on a weekend! Are the Scotland resorts getting a dump?
