Theres a great Japanese style restaurant chain in Niigata (just Niigata? i don't know) called Satomi. They do a really good sweet sauce "double katsudon". My fave.

Me too. This period of the year is just great. Spring is good too, but with spring the heat is about to appear soon. But we now have cooler weather and the winter to look forward to. Bargain!

It got up to 37 degrees on Saturday where I am - hottest of the year. It was a killer. Luckily temperatures are dropped right back down today back down to about 25. Thank you!
