Before I discovered hirekatsu, I thought the reason katsu (ie the meat in the outer crispy fried coating) was so popular was to try to hide the terribleness of the "meat" (meat and lots of fat) inside.

Mullets are more forgivable. And mullets are coming back "in" anyway

Seeing as though I'm here, I've decided to work over summer so I can take as much time as possible off over winter. -
Do you remember school holidays?
guzzlers-baps replied to BagOfCrisps's topic in General off-topic discussions
I used to love the summer holidays. As you said rach, they went on forever. I had a good bunch of friends so we were always up to something. After such a long holiday though, going back to school in September is a major drag! -
Going back to home country - busy busy busy...

Even if I'm busy, I enjoy it. Meeting all friends and family. And everyone wants to take me out -

Best kebab I ever had was in Birmingham (UK). Amazing it was. Juicy, saucy, big - I was a bit drunk at the time but they aren't usually my type of food. This one was good. I'll try and remember the name of the place, it was supposed to be real famous for them.

Eat well? Fairly well I suppose. How much thought? Not that much.

Ladies - what bloke smellies do you like?
guzzlers-baps replied to brit-gob's topic in General off-topic discussions
Farenheit is a nice smelly. On the subject of smellies and things like that, I want to highly recommend this site http://www.strawberrynet.com/ Cheap, very fast and free delivery anywhere in the world -
Apricots are good. I make jam a lot too. Strawberry with a touch of lemon last weekend.

Do you guys wear nice little Canada flags on your jackets?
-
No, so many people seemed to love that flick. I never liked it. I can't remember seeing anything with him in it that I liked. Actually Mork and Mindy was probably the best.

We want good pastries, not puff-pastry excuses.

Miserable.

Hey I can't find the chocolate ones. Only the caramel and rich milk. I want chocho.

I saw Coronation Street once, it was very confusing but very curious. A culture thing I think.

Well, I had no debts at all to pay off (And yes, I did enjoy college!)
