On researching this fascinating place, I found this on interwebs. So it must be true. I have read up on this in a number of places and talk about extreme scenarios. It's impossible to know what to believe. Some say that if they mess this up, then the whole of Japan and northern hemisphere is doomed. While others say that it would just be pretty bad for the local area. So, what is it?
