I'm looking for one now. There was a Toshiba deal at under 50,000 yen but stock will only be available in the middle of June --- too late!! So I plumped for one and it will cost me just over 75,000 yen for it to be here and installed. Seems reasonable to me.

Do you hate people going 50kmh in a 40kmh zone, one that is a straight stretch of road and has good visibility? Does everyone deseve to be nabbed there?

Annoying kids? I recommend strangling. I had something like this when I first came. A Japanese colleague made a little sign for me that said something like "please don't play here, it's someone's house" and it seemed to work.

Was in Hakuba this weekend. Pretty busy I thought but only to be expected. Most I waited was 10 minutes for a pair lift bit of a bottleneck on Happo. Will try to get some pics up soon.
