There has been more snow since my last report in what is turning out to be a good end to February.

Greetings from a snowy Nozawa... as it should be!

A several cm of snowfall down around base areas overnight with the ski area reporting up to 9cm (by 10am this morning) in upper areas.

Just a dusting really down in lower areas with several cm of snow reported by the ski area since yesterday morning.

We have some light snow falling this morning, with a kind of light snow/dusting situation going on (on and off) since the report yesterday, so it hasn't really amounted to much in terms of cm.

Fresh snow this morning! Admittedly it's not a huge amount, but it is so good to a fresh white cover.

There's clear skies across northern Nagano this morning. Fine and sunny and mild conditions expected both today and tomorrow.

After the wonkily warm weather yesterday, temps got much lower and we did get some snow overnight.

We got to enjoy some sunshine during the day yesterday and this morning we have a light dusting around base areas.

We have had a mostly kind of cloudy morning (with some bright spells), and it is currently just over 0C in the village.

After that fresh snow to enjoy yesterday, just 5cm to report from top areas this morning (as per ski area) and a dusting+ around base areas.

OK, so this is good. Lots of fresh snow since yesterday.
