We have had more snow since yesterday. Not a huge amount, with the ski are reporting 15cm this morning (and 1cm yesterday lunchtime).

Snow! The ski area is this morning reporting 30cm of snowfall up on the open Yamabiko area, and I have just measured 17cm.

Hello and good morning from Nozawa. Ah, some clearer weather!

Kind of a hazy cloudy early morning, with the sun shining through.

Very poor visibility up on much of the mountain at the moment. So much so that Yamabiko A/B/C/D/E are closed.

After some snow early yesterday, we had a bit of wet during the day, but this morning things are a bit clearer and a bit calmer.

It is still snowing lightly this morning.

Get this... this morning the ski area is reporting 70cm of snowfall since yesterday on the top Yamabiko area of the mountain.

It's snowing. Already 3-4cm on the ground. Lots more to come into tomorrow - looks like it is happening.
