SnowJapan is an independent website, online since 1999.
We are dedicated to providing accurate and detailed English-language information about ski areas and winter sports in Japan. Each year, we carefully review and update our core content while adding new information and functionality. During the winter season, we publish exclusive daily weather and snow reports and analysis from some of Japan’s most popular ski regions. As with all our content, our reporting is resolutely hype-free.
We have been based in Japan’s 'Snow Country' since the beginning, and Japan remains our sole focus and passion.
SnowJapan does not sell products or services. We are not a travel agency, nor do we own, operate, or have any commercial interest in travel-related businesses. While we offer limited advertising opportunities to suitable businesses, advertisers have no influence over our editorial content in any way.
