Hello and good morning from a snowy Nozawa. As it should be!
The ski area this morning is reporting 28-35cm of fresh snowfall across the mountain. (Sounds like Nozawa, ne?)
As I write this, it is snowing (light to moderate), some nice big flakes just now actually. So there is going to be more to report tomorrow. Perhaps not too much as the snow is due to ease off by this afternoon. But, come on, stick with us for a while!
Visibility on the top areas of the mountain looks very limited at the moment and it is fair lower down.
Night skiing and fireworks tonight at Nagasaka, with an 30 extra minutes of lift operations too. Hot wine, soft drinks should be available too from 7:30pm.

Yamabiko: 35cm
Uenotaira: 28cm
Hikage: 30cm

Official snow depth numbers (reported by the ski area):
