marnix 0
Don't know if they do it in Japan, but there is a Japanese guy that went ove 240kmh. He is on the 11th place of the fastest skiers ever. But that was set in 1997.
veronica 2
Is there anywhere steep enough here? Those runs must be really steep.
TheOrange 0
Those guys must have really meaty strong legs, I suppose that will be the most important part of body for them doing that.

I'm Sexy 0
Fattwins??
Fattwins 0
Yes I did it in regular ski clothes and hitting a max speed of 143.5 kmphr. its quite a rush but if you make a mistake you are not going to stop on that icy course. I did it at Sun Peaks. If you have the guts its worth a try. When I did it, it was 20 bucks entry fee. Now its 100 bucks cause you need the FIS insurance. I really hate FIS they destroy grass roots sking and grass roots events.
7-11 2
Wow that must have been a hell of an experience. Glad you lived to tell the tail. What headgear did you wear??
Fattwins 0
the worst helmut ever. After speed sking I started to wear a helmut all the time.
BagOfCrisps 24
Was it one of those weird pyramid like things you had to wear? They are well freaky.
Fattwins 0
no I did it in regular gear and with a normal open face helmut. I wish I had pictures.
ShinyDiscoBall 2
I wish you did too. That must have been an incredible experience. Did you get that "out of control" feeling going on? I don't suppose theres a whole lot you can do about that either apart from gambaru!
Fattwins 0
no out of control feeling. I felt very light on my feet and it was very noisy, just a whooshing sound.
