cram400 0
although this summer wasn't as hot as summer's in the past, i still say good riddance to summer and hello to old man winter.. bring on the cooler temps, the fall colors and then incredible amounts of the fluffy white stuff.. ILoveZao 8
Usually hopefully by late November - lets see how the snow is this year!
cram400 0
looking at the weather forecasts, an unseasonably cool continental air mass is moving into japan.. perhaps the leaves start to change colors soon in zao??

TheOriginalMyoko 0
I just love it when the oppresive heat and humidity makes way for comfortable weather. It's a great time of the year.

Go Native 70
We never hit 32 once this whole summer! One of the reasons I love living in Hokkaido. Today we won't even make it above 20.

hira-rifu-rafu 0
Hey, SJ, I don't know how this works but can I put a report up on your Niseko Now page? It might be good to have an update up there now that we are into September.
SnowJapan Admin SnowJapan 178 Posted September 10, 2009 SnowJapan Admin Share Posted September 10, 2009 Hi there hira-rifu-rafu Thank you for the offer. You aren't able to add to the Now pages themselves, but you are of course welcome to post comments here on the Forums. But it is a good idea and hopefully we might get something up there soon, just to give people a bit of an update. I know how people like to read these things, even if it's just talking about the weather getting cooler! Actually, you should see some of the Now pages gearing up over the next few weeks and months with the occasional report every now and again. Of course the snow season is still a while away but once we get into the season it will be back to the daily updates. We have some more related news coming in early October as well.
