Do costs vary in other countries depending on the size of the resort? Always seems a bit strange that resorts with one lift charge almost the same places that are so much bigger.

It's like most Japanese places - not much of a nightlife going on. I think there are some bars, but don't expect anything wild. Haha. Same goes for most places though unfortunately.
