try Hachi Kogen resort in Yabu - gun/ Hyogo there are busses from Osaka- the nearest station is Yono station - just think of Yoko Ono- Y Ono It`s great for beginners - you will be able to find a foreign instructor when you get there -you should have a lesson for one hour- the ski school is called active ski school they where red uniforms it will be easy to spot them - have fun

I think Hotel Grande Belle in Akasaka- Akasaka and Akasaka Mitsuke great part of tthe city- I lke the way it reads back the same as front as well !
