    Spent some time with this. 5 minutes in I got the hang of it. What a unique, fun, interesting, and useful tool. Massive job I'm sure, as well. Just looking at all those images makes the mind boggle. Have sent on to a few journalist friends I have back home, it deserves a lot of attention.

    I was also thinking of upgrading my 3gs to the 4s, mainly because my 3gs has a signal problem and the phone frequently has zero signal reception. Also the gps doesnt work anymore. Funny how people with such lousy experiences consider upgrading to more of the same!

    Spending 10 days or so in the Nozawa/Shiga Kogen area. Late January. Plus weekends in Nagano / Niigata / Gunma / unsure.

    I think luck has a lot to do with lots of people coming! I know a few people who were plonked right in the middle of a ski town - they knew nothing of it before they went. Very lucky.
