I've found my first grey hairs - and I'm still in me 20's! Loads of J guys seem to dye their hair. What do you think? To dye or not to dye?

OK, I'm watching these TV series, and noticed all these extras (ie not the main characters) who are there but NEVER talk - not even a yes or comment when they're spoken to. Anyone know why? If they said just 1 word, would they need to be paid more?

Of course depends on people, but I find Japanese to be initially much shyer than most Western types. Even once you get to know people better, there still seem to be so many "no go" areas that people don't talk about.

Went to Tenjin the other day and it was really busy, and quite crap. Last day for me this season. -
I work at a town office / school and so that pretty much Japanese but not a company. I see what I feel is a lot of waster time and unncessary practices going on here. I'd love to see what things are like in a big Japanese company.

I may not be paid big bucks, but I certainly am happy with my almost zero-stress quality of life right now.
