    Good points. Still, I am also the proud 'owner' of a useless balcony off my main living area. Delightful electric poles/lines and an apartment building directly opposte, busy noisy road below. Nice!

    I wish I understood. Or at least, had some insight into it all. When they change 10%, 20% and more though it's a lot of dough on big numbers.

    With no new snow in the last few down there, it's going to be less now as well. Got to be slightly concerned at the lack of epic phone box so far in Yuzawa.
