I've flown Korea as well and they were no worse than others I've used. Best for me was Virgin (may have had a lot to do with me having space for my legs).

Remember - Nagano isn't a resort town in itself. It's a prefecture and the main city is called Nagano. The nearest skiing is 45 mins away, with the main resort towns you mention maybe 1-1.5 hrs from the city.

Kind of a wierd one, but whats the smallest place you've been to? Theres a tiny place in Yuzawa called Tsuchitaru - there's like 200 meters of lifts and the same of course. It's just so small - and they still charge for the ticket. Some of my Japanese friends have a mansion near there and we went one day because he wanted to take his child there. Wild.

I went to get my change converted, and it came to 17000 yen - well pleased.

I heard they've been continually considering it for a long time, but there are too many lobbys on eithr side fighting.

I'm going home in August for a full month! Can't wait!
