Having to put a dog down can be an extremely traumatic experience. I know my family was cut up about it for about a month after it was a very sad time. Dogs are great. Just wish they lived longer!

I've had a decent time as well. I think it's places more to the east that have been having a hard time this season.

Not that near but I like the place, been a few times. The times I have been it has not been busy at all and decent>really good snow.

Seen a few around Yamagata as well. They look sad. It seems they do keep them up there and leave to rot rather than take them down.

Where I live in winter its really cold - so kerosene heaters going - and hot in summer. It seems to take its toll on books. I need to store them better so they don't go all old and crappy within 1 year. Any tips?

I find those blacked out gums really freaky - what's going on with that? I wear a face mask when it's cold but only then. More often than not though here in Yamagata it is COLD!
