The Germans do appreciate it when foreigners try to speak the lingo, they can just be quiet serious and direct at times (it's their nature). I have never had any major dramas with my schizer deutsche, but it is generally accepted better by the youth. So I guess its a generation thing, which means in 20 years you will get less grief. 10. All his characters seem to have the same high pitched whine. Brent was such a great character because he was part of Gervais... 'vis a vis' Brent is anoying and so is Gervais.
  11. Watched 'Cemetery junction' the other day. What a load of crap. I am a big Gervais/Merchant fan but this was serious poo. Gervais cant act, why and more importantly how does he continue.
  12. I am in the same boat as you Chriselle. Spend many $ on my lady and we discussed that we didn't need to buy each other pressies. But my dad told me what women 'say' and what women 'want' are totally different things. I might just take photos of all the things I have brought her recently and put them in a box under the tree.
  13. Good work Mr Gonads. I laughed pretty hard. I think a little bit of wee came out.
  14. Thats pretty funny. Do they put stickers on the pedals too? "Go" "Stop"
  15. Good work Mike! Fantastic to see shots of some of my fave Euro destinations. Makes me excited for my move back there in 20 (ish) months (not that I am counting). I hope the rest of your trip is amazing!
  16. Jealous of all having a white christmas, I will be doubling in size as I am over fed by the inlaws.
  17. Looking forward to both this year. Having an Anglo-German-Italian Christmas in Perth. And a New Year in Sydney. (snow will have to wait till Feb)
  18. Mr Gonads. You are a gentleman and a scholar.

  20. Interested how people layer up when they are on the mountain, obviously this is weather dependent, so lets say for colder than average mid-season day. I would opt for: -Merino base -Merino Fleece -softshell gilet -Jacket
  21. Tevez can write? Well I am shocked. Dissapointed with the arse last night. Though this season might be different. haha soooooooooooooo naive.
