Fresh snow to report!

Changeable weather yesterday and overnight we have some snow. Maiko Snow Resort is reporting 5cm up top.

Whisper voice: Heard some rain falling late last night and early morning.

There has been another 10cm of snowfall since the report yesterday morning and we can probably expect more than that at higher elevations.

Some very interesting weather going on at the moment for sure.

A very pleasing amount of fresh snow has arrived since the report yesterday morning.

We got some lovely blue skies and sunshine again yesterday morning, with cloud starting to take over the skies in the afternoon and then some snow falling at higher elevations.

We has another mixed bunch of weather conditions going on yesterday, depending on where you were.

The early morning snowfall yesterday eased up fairly soon after the report, with about 2cm to add to this report from that.

We had a short spell of blue sky and sun yesterday morning, but for the most part it was cloudy with snow falling yesterday.

Yesterday we had a rather nice morning, actually. The skies parted over Yuzawa for a while before gathering around again later on.

Just a 'big dusting' really since the report yesterday morning, which is perhaps surprising.

Very happy to report a fresh layer of snow this morning. Our measurement as of 8am is 23cm... and counting. Moderate snowfall right now.

Light snow continued for much of the day yesterday, though again not really amounting to much.
