Fattwins 0
Could have something with that Typhoon pushing the winds in. Canada has been cold this year. Pretty cool here today but we are in the middle of 2 typhoons, too.
mattlucas 0
Cool!!!!!!!! My parents never stopped complaining about temps in the high 30's It was really hot and dry on the west coast this year. Lots and lots of forest fires.

miteyak 0
Typhoons bring hot air. The current temperature in Japan without the typhoons I believe would be cooler (as was so before the first one). Compared to last year, this year is cooling off rapidly. Considering the early, hot, long summer we've already had, an early winter should be expected.
mattlucas 0
Typhoons push hot air ahead of them. Usually after, it is nice and cool which it is now. But there is another typhoon coming so it will probably get hot again.

Fattwins 0
I was making the point of to big weather systems could bring freaky weather. This year has been freaky. no rain then heavy rain, many typhoons hitting land although not all big. Canada Floods, England floods, China floods, big ass US huricane slams into Florida. It has been one of those 50 year weather patterns.

connackers 0
when do the forecasters start making their long term prediction for how the winter`s going to go? Vaguelly remember it being not much later than this time last year.
sakebomb 0
I saw something on TV here in Hokkaido, it was like a guessing competition on when the first snowfall will be, try guessing that date!!
big-will 7
From what I remember give it another week or so and the 3 month forecasts will be out. As if they mean much. Were they anywhere near right last year? Can't remember.
connackers 0
Remember them usually not being too bad - though it`s all guesswork really. But if they predict an amazing season at should be at least mediocre or if there`s no snow predicted until January might rethink plans to go to Hokkaido in December. Anyway, would be nice to hear someone else talking about snow, and not just the voice in my head!
