big-will 7
Cracking goal at the end there. United looking pretty potent.

grungy-gonads 54
United in 7th?! How did that happen, leaping past Liverpool! The heady heights.
big-will 7
Rooney was foolish. 3 matches without him though so it will be interesting to see how they play.
grungy-gonads 54
Well, I'm not too displeased. We might benefit from it.
Thundercat 60
I've watched and re-watch that Jagielka goal several times now. It's definitely going to be a contender for goal of the season. (says a die hard Everton fan )
ShinyDiscoBall 2
Yeah that was a superb goal. And fantastic timing too!
Thundercat 60
Phil Neville's comment was funny, "I wish I could say I've seen him do that in training." Timing couldn't have been better.
NoFakie 45
Rooney was foolish. 3 matches without him though so it will be interesting to see how they play. The assumption is that Mata gets a proper go at no. 10. One will be against Chelsea too, so the curse of the former player may kick in. Ideally you'd want the defence to be a bit more settled, because Rooney is more of a scurrier than Mata. Still hoping its Pardew's last game tonight.
pie-eater 207
Watching all those poor scousers at the end was heartbreaking.
pie-eater 207
Still hoping its Pardew's last game tonight. You guys should just give him more time, I reckon.

scouser 4
That equalizer was shocking in it's quality and timing. Brilliant goal.
BagOfCrisps 24
Much has been said about United but Liverpool are having a pretty rough start as well aren't they.
NoFakie 45
Bad miss by Balotelli cost them there. Gerrard scoring might actually do the same in the longer term, because he's not really the defensive midfielder they need.
Nisoko 6
How did that go then?
grungy-gonads 54
Mr Wiggles, is there any particular reason why Newcastle keep the dude? Surely they aren't just 'giving him more time'! Perhaps don't know who to replace him or something.

big-will 7
Hat-trick for Welbeck! He's ace!
grungy-gonads 54
Was just reading that. Good for him! Who were they playing again? He could score a hat-trick every week for Arsenal*, and it would still have been the best thing for us to get rid. I see Pool lost last night. Oh well, at least they are actually IN the CL! (* I have a few doubts that will happen!)
Tubby Beaver 209
Much has been said about United but Liverpool are having a pretty rough start as well aren't they. Liverpool are very very ordinary this year.....they really haven't invested that 75 million well.
NoFakie 45
They've bought some defenders and they won't gel straight away. First thing for them is to get Sturridge back. I think he's been a big miss.
Thundercat 60
Agree about Sturridge. Why oh why is Everton playing ManU at 12pm on Sunday after playing away in Russia on Thursday? It's going to be a big test for us...
grungy-gonads 54
Oh stop playing your chances down You're confident you'll bang in 5 against our amazing non-defence!
Thundercat 60
The problem is, you'll probably bang in 5 as well. Especially if Distin starts (he'll probably net one for you). Our defence is the worst in the league!
