I really love Roast Goose. Its just so moist and delicious. we had it for xmas dinner a few years back, it was also awesome on next day sandwiches!!

Never had roast goose. I think I'm missing out, gotta try !

I like turkey fried in peanut oil till it's crispy on the outside.

well, turkey for xmas dindins was only a recent thing for the Englishers. There are many places in the US who'd have anything but turkey for x man's birthday dinner. For them, turkey is for thanksgiving. Thankfully, says the turkey.

It was Goose before Turkey. slap
Turkey only became popular because it was cheaper than goose.

Went back to that tapas place to have some more chorizo. But this time had a splash of chard. Nice.

 

Think it may be Spain tonight. Dunno yet. Let me see what I run into in the afternoon. If I get squashed by a Merc, could well mean the Germans tonight.
