Yep, made myself MB.

 

Base was

 

250g plain flour

250g durum 00 semolina

4 tsp instant yeast

2 tsp bron sugar

350ml tepid water

 

mixed the yeast, sugar, and water together and let stand for 10mins

 

then mix this with the flour and knead for 10 mins.

 

lightly oil a LARGE bowl, and put the dough in there, and cover with some lightly oiled cling-film. Let it stand for 30mins - 1hr at room temperature.

 

Punch the air out and divide into 4 bases. Roll out and let stand for 5 mins for a thin base, or 20 for a deep thick crust.

Just made 4 HUGE Banana Cakes for the Rugby Club Dessert tonight.... did a few muffin sized ones with the little leftover mix and Reaper polished them off in MINUTES..."best banana cake you have ever made Mum" was the judgment.

No bananas.

 

I just had another "JA special".

 

Bread dough base

tomato topping with roasted veges in (from a bottle)

3 twiggy sticks

half a polish salami

500g peeled prawns

300g shredded "pizza supreme" cheese.

 

All done! All eaten! Happy +1!

Looks like something I cooked. razz

 

Today's lunch was calzone with the last pizza base.

 

Mozzarella, salami, bacon and olives. God, you can NEVER have too much pizza.
