SnowJapan Admin SnowJapan 178 Posted November 24, 2009 SnowJapan Admin Share Posted November 24, 2009 It's time to vote for the photo of the year. Well, last season's anyway! Each member of the Forums can vote for up to 5 images. The 5 photos with the most votes on 11th December 2009 will be declared the winner! The photos below are shown in no particular order. Please note that you can only vote once - so use that vote wisely. You can vote for 5 photos, but you need to place all of your votes at the same time. It is not possible to change your vote once it has been made. No need to rush with the votes now - you have until 11th December to cast your votes. Additional prizes will be given to other photos chosen by SnowJapan.

SnowJapan Admin SnowJapan 178 Posted November 24, 2009 Author SnowJapan Admin Share Posted November 24, 2009 Good idea but unfortunately polls can't be 'edited' once up there. You can copy and paste the image if you want in the thread though. Ribght click on an image to find the URL then pasted it in here with after it.
thursday 1
Some great great pics. If I could vote 25 times, then they all get a vote. But down to 5? It's hard. Very hard. Just some thoughts in no particular order. The stance looks just so scarey, lying on the surface of the snow. WOW!! The monsters are making a move, while the jet brings in more victims. Incredible blue skies. Wrapped around, about to fall off the edge, armpit deep. Early season too as I remember. No words can describe that feeling A poster for many years to come. Texture and lighting with clarity to see the runs.
dale#1 1
Diffuclt to choose action vs scenery. I prefer scenery myself. Perhaps this season they could be in those caregories?
JA2340 16
Damn! Do I HAVE to make a decision? They are all great in their own way. I love the panorama, a special view of the peace and quiet of the mountains (plus a bit cooler thatn here at the moment!) OK, I'll go away and think a bit.

SnowJapan Admin SnowJapan 178 Posted November 24, 2009 Author SnowJapan Admin Share Posted November 24, 2009 Well we haven't made any decisions on that yet. Comments welcome.
thursday 1
well, the prob is, when you start having categories, what should they be? Nat Geo has an infinite problem with that. "Wild Africa in Herd Migation aftermath" etc.
DumbStick 13
Action. Non-action (or scenery) Seems pretty simple to me.

RobBright 35
some good scenery pics there guys, not a big fan of action stuff, unless it's proper mental, nigh on impossible stuff to replicate with ease.
big-will 7
I agree. As cool as action shots are when done well, the scenery ones do stand out.
