KlingKlang 1
Got one last week. I've been wanting something like this since I can remember. Perhaps since I was first watching Star Trek. Big screen, mobile, connectivity, no need for keyboard/mouse, very slick interface, tons of things to do on it. Netbooks are fine, but this is just a completely different - and improved - experience. Unless you are wanting to creat complex documents etc, but that's not what this is for. I think it's really great and look forward to the future of further improvements. Karnidge 2
I like the idea but I think I'll wait for the next version.
grungy-gonads 54
Cost and money aside, I always find that comment interesting. Why wait? Tech products will always improve with 'the next version'. When the 2nd gen comes out, the 3rd gen will be round the corner. You could go on waiting forever. I prefer to enjoy, now. This 1st gen device feels really solid to me. And in the wait for the 2nd gen, I can have a year or so really enjoying it. When the 2nd gen comes round, if the improvements are substantial, I may well get one of them too and this first one will be demoted to being the second one, or I might give it someone etc. All about fun, if you ask me. I suppose I also just like my gadgets and electronics too much.
