Wizz 11
I was starting to work late everyday. I was getting fed up with it. So I decided to stop it. I now go home 6pm on most days and am enjoying my life better now.

KRUSTY 2
I work in the Film Industry. I work stupid hours but theres usually lots of down time between different films. Ive only worked for a total of about 12 weeks this year but its more finacially rewarding than if I worked an entire year in Japan. A lot more fun too although one day Ill get sick of it and move on to something else.

woywoy 0
How important is it to work long hours and stay late??? Even in a foreign company ... You see some people working weekends etc. and most bosses are happy that these people are "working hard", rather than being unhappy that the "dont have a life". If you were someone's boss would you prefer to have your staff working until the wee hours or would you rather they have a life, work hard but not ridiculously hard, and be happy and not constantly tired?
