I'm pretty sure I put a in there! Though, actually, it is true.

I used to do yoga quite a bit. I was also doing lots of gym work as well and I sure felt good then, very flexible. Could do with getting back into it actually used to enjoy it.

Thanks folks. Whats the water like then in the Niseko area of Hokkaido and in Nagano?

Not much crime in my particular area but I still lock the house every time I go out for more than a few minutes. There's certainly no conscious "fear" involved, it's simply a habit and I can't see the benefits of not doing something that takes such a tiny amount of time and effort.

I use 3 here and in my part of the country coverage is pretty good. Glad you got there in the end pie-eater!

I read that as well, and it was discussed on morning tv etc - it was very much talking about kids having sex at that age rather than just being on the pill for various reasons. It wasn't THAT long ago when I was 11, but I can hardly imagine me being ready for all that at that age. And I'm glad for it too.

Well thanks to the U2 concert the other week I have discovered Elbow. They were really good live and last week I went out and got their latest album, The Seldom Seen Kind. What a fantastic album it is. Going to get their other two as well.

I loved it.

We were thinking that too! That screen was pretty amazing, never seen anything like that before. I heard the stages (they made 3 of them) themselves might be put somewhere for other people to use.

We thought the same Bag, not sure. It was a good venue though - great summers evening and I'm sure pretty much everyone got at least a semi-decent view.

Seeemed really sincere and lots of Sheffield-related chat, not just the usual "said every night" stuff. Though perhaps there was a bit of that too. Had a joke about the Alevel results that were out yesterday too. "Take courage, coz whatever you got it's probably better than any of us 4 had" then went round the other band members asking them what they had. The Edge said "more than you". Funny bits of humourous chit-chat. I have never really liked Bono, perhaps silly but my estimation of him and the band has gone up after that. Anyway, really great night out.

I went to see U2 last night in Sheffield. It was incredible, amazing concert. Elbow were good too.

There's actually been a series in one of the terrible tabloids here this week about that English girl who went over to Japan and got killed and cut up. All sounded very gruesome.

I am going to be in Hokkaido for 2 weeks in early February.
