  1. Who here doesn't take regular computer backups? Frind of mine just had a hard disc failure, and her last backup was 6 months ago. 6 months work wiped out, she is in a right pickle. It might be a pain, but definitely worth doing!
  2. I see that the Skymark airline is in trouble - they are even saying on the news now that they might be shut down. Aren't they guys that go up to Hokkaido?
  3. With you spook. Even if I am somewhere, I wouldn't be out on the slopes in heavy rain. Not fun. I'd be in an onsen or visiting the monkeys or.... anything else!

  12. Mamabear, for Australia maybe. For the UK, for example, the yen is still very strong. Currently about 155 yen to the pound: it was 210 yen just a year ago.
