  6. Just saw 'Green Street Hooligans' , its really violent but a great moive. About an American (actor of frodo in lotr) who goes to an rough English town and gets involved in the organised fighting life of soccer hooligans. Its en eye opener i guess cause it really happens.
  7. I think they are trying (maybe superficially) to combat carbon emmissions cause they are persuing a massive nuclear power program. There's always that debate that its unfair to take shots at developing countries for industrlialisng when most western countries experienced this some time ago. China might be an exception cause of its sheer size though.
  8. this may sounds stupid... but seems helicopters are far beyond the purchasing power of most of us, i wonder if anyone could use one of those handgliders with a small motor on it? or maybe a hovercraft like they do on lakes! i can see them both working in the right conditions wack a pair of skis on this badboy and you're set!
  9. This is so good, 2 years from now and i'll have my uni degree and plan to teach English in Japan
  10. As for riding high... isn't the whole point of snowboarding or skiing to get that natural high you feel when you're racing down through the trees or waiste deep in powder? Cause that would definitly be the best high for me. Quote: Originally posted by KlingKlang: I had a few beers once and it totally wrecked the day. Not again, I'll leave the beers for the evening I had a bad experience on australia day last year.. ended up wrapped around one of those tiny japanese toilets and was so ill the next day i missed the best powder day of our trip!
