yeah I just re negotiated my apartments contract in October last year, and the landlord had the cheek to ask me for an extra 2 months rent in advance. He threatened to kick me out but hasnt yet. The company I went thru just told me to ignore him and they would handle him. SO far no problem although he has dropped off a few letters asking for money. As Im gonna be moving out soon its something I can ignore.

Check out this site for modding NZ modding plus if you check out the NZ Trademe website there are lots of listings for modchips there..most of them will require installing it yourself, but I think that website gives you the option of letting them install it

Ive been drinking Gentleman Jack the past week or so as me mum was kind enough to bring some thru duty free.
